Return & Exchange Policy
- Every product at Shauree is stitched with utmost care. The textiles used in our collection are of the purest form without any chemical dyes.
- Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as Shauree holds the right to not accept returns in case the product appears to be used or damaged.
- Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- If you need a size exchange

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within two days of delivery with the following information at shaurees@gmail.com. Additionally, you may also WhatsApp us the details with images on +91-8238498856:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return
- In case of a size exchange, we'd happily arrange for that depending on availability.
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of order delivery.
- All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
- We do not have pickup facility for returns. Please arrange to send the product back along with invoice copy.
- Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
- Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted and the returned products can be exchanged for replacement in other sizes or you will be issued a credit note which is valid for 180 days.
- Cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations
All our products are ready to ship. If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at shaurees@gmail.com and a WhatsApp on +91-8238498856 within 12 hours of order placement and we'll sort it out.
Missing Parcels
- Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering.
- We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
- Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
