Shipping Policy

Our products are ready to ship. Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email and will ship the order within 3 working days.

We use the most reliable shipping companies such as Delhivery, DHL etc.

Once shipped we will send you a tracking number and link to the shipping company with the shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Domestic Orders:

  • We offer free shipping.
  • All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • Once your order is shipped please allow 5-7 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach you.

International Orders:

  • We love to get orders from all over the world.
  • On orders above Rs.25,000/- (US$300) we offer free shipping and on orders below Rs.25,000/- (US$300) we charge a standard amount for shipping based on weight of the order.
  • Once your order is shipped please allow 15-20 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach you.
  • You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
  • Please note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country and needs to be paid to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.

International Payments:

  • At present we accept International payments through account transfer or paypal only.
  • No COD available on international orders.
  • For payments through account transfer you can email us at shaurees@gmail.com with the screenshot of checkout and description of the products you want to shop along with your shipping address. We will send you the details of our bank account to process the order.
